Refund & Cancellation Policy

We quote every job as a flat number before we start, so there are no surprise charges. This policy explains how cancellations, rescheduling, and our re-clean guarantee work at OH SO FRESH CLEANING LLC.

Booking & payment

Cleans are quoted up front based on the size of the unit and the type of service. Payment is due on completion of the job unless we have agreed otherwise in writing. We do not charge a recurring membership fee, and there is no auto-renewal on any service.

Cancellations & rescheduling

Cancel or reschedule any appointment at no charge by giving us at least 24 hours' notice — call (772) 320-4187 or email hello@ixionthuio.shop. Cancellations inside 24 hours, or a crew that arrives to a locked-out or inaccessible property, may be subject to a $45 trip fee to cover the scheduled slot and travel.

Our re-clean guarantee

If something in the scope of your quote was missed, tell us within 48 hours of the clean and we will return and re-do that area at no cost. We would rather come back and make it right than argue over a refund.

Refunds

If we cannot resolve an issue with a return visit, we will refund the portion of the payment that covers the disputed work. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Refunds do not apply to add-on tasks that were completed as quoted or to areas outside the agreed scope.

Recurring plans

Weekly, bi-weekly and monthly plans have no lock-in. Pause or stop a plan any time with 24 hours' notice before the next scheduled visit; you are only ever billed for visits actually performed.
