These Terms govern cleaning services provided by OH SO FRESH CLEANING LLC, a Florida limited liability company (document L21000110189), located at 2342 NE Tropical Way, Jensen Beach, FL 34957. By booking a service with us, you agree to these Terms.
We perform in-person residential and turnover cleaning — move-out and turnover deep cleans, recurring home cleaning, and post-construction cleanup — at properties within our Treasure Coast service area (Jensen Beach, Stuart, Palm City, Sewall's Point, Rio, Hobe Sound and the north end of Port St. Lucie). This is a hands-on service delivered at your property; nothing is sold or shipped as a product, and this website does not process online orders.
Each job is quoted based on the size of the unit and the scope you describe. The agreed price and scope are what we perform. Work outside that scope (extra rooms, added tasks, unusually heavy conditions) is quoted separately before we do it.
You agree to provide safe access to the property at the scheduled time. If the crew cannot access the property or is turned away on arrival, a trip fee may apply as described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy. We will make reasonable efforts to arrive within the scheduled window and will contact you if a delay occurs.
Payment is due on completion unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept major credit and debit cards. There is no recurring membership charge and no auto-renewal; recurring plans are billed only for visits actually performed.
If an item within the quoted scope was missed, our re-clean guarantee applies (see the Refund & Cancellation Policy). To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a service is limited to the amount paid for that service. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, wear, or items that are broken due to a defect not caused by our work. Please secure valuables and fragile items before a visit.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, and any dispute will be handled in the courts of Martin County, Florida.
